New to Reformer Pilates? This class is the perfect place to start. Learn the fundamentals in a supportive, small-group setting as we guide you through the basics of the reformer machine, core principles of Pilates, and proper technique. Ideal for complete beginners or those looking to build confidence and form before progressing to open-level classes.
Our Rise up classes are aimed at advanced clients who feel they are confident and strong enough to endure advanced techniques. Huge Reformer practise not necessary - just make sure you have the strength and balance.
Our Mum and me classes are aimed at Mum's who don't get much time to themselves and struggle to grab that childcare to fill their own cup. The class aims to help rebuild your core, improve strength and just destress the body. Bring along you 0-3 year old and enjoy a 30 minute reformer class and 30 minutes for chatting with free drink tea/coffee with a chance to connect with other like minded Parents.
Barre at Rise Wellness Club blends the precision of Pilates, the grace of ballet, and the strength of functional movement into one dynamic, low-impact workout. Set to energising music, each class sculpts and tones the entire body—focusing on core strength, posture, and flexibility. Suitable for all levels, our Barre classes are designed to leave you feeling strong, lengthened, and empowered.
Our Mat Pilates classes welcome all abilities, focusing on building strength, balance, and mobility in a supportive and inclusive environment. They are held in our Mat room which is through the door from the Reformer room.
Our men’s-only reformer class offers a focused and supportive environment tailored to the unique needs and fitness goals of men. Utilising the Pilates reformer machine, the class focusses on core strength, flexibility, and controlled movement to enhance overall athletic performance and injury prevention. Led by an experienced instructor, the sessions foster camaraderie among participants while challenging them through dynamic, low-impact workouts that build stability and endurance.
